Running: Do a quick sprint, jog for a while and sprint again. Repeating this cycle will build lean muscle in legs and also build stamina for long walks.
Swimming: Swimming uses leg muscles in a way no other exercise does. Your ankles get used to an extended range of motion, something youll need for walking uphill and downhill.
Burpees: Amazing high intensity workout for building strength in legs and upper body.
